Unique base for 3 nights. Air conditioning and television available in the twin room. Nice, caring stuff with smiling face;)))

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to public transport, and the staff were kind, always ready to assist. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Room access to the bathroom was overly complicated with three keys!!! Main entrance signage could use improvement for better visibility!!!

Location is a huge plus-walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff was accommodating. My room enjoyed a decent size with clean sheets and a functional sink, nice. The noise levels were pretty disruptive, especially from room 315 where I stayed. I could hear commotion from the stairs and the floor above throughout the night. The shared bathrooms lacked cleanliness during peak hours, with some hair left around. I also assumed breakfast was included due to misleading info, but thankfully the receptionist offered a free token when I inquired. Despite these issues, I appreciated the room's comfort and the convenience of having 24-hour staff assistance. If staying here, consider avoiding the noisy side rooms.

The location is super close to metro stations and there's a cute cafe right next door with good coffee and pastries. Staff were realy nice and helped with my bags after checkout. The hotel feels clean and secure, great for my budget trip. I had a comfy single room and loved that i had daily housekeeping too.

The bathroom could have used more space and some towel hooks would have been nice. Also wish there was a sign outside cos it was hard to find the entrance.

The Small Double Room with Shared Bathroom was cozy and the bed was surprisingly comfy for its size. I loved the view outside my window-really nice! Shared bathroom was clean, though a bit small, so you have to be mindful of others. Nice that the location was pretty central. You can walk to a lot in under 20 minutes. The only downside was just figuring out bathroom access. But overall, not bad at all for a solo traveler!

I arrived super early and the staff was great, helping my taxi find the place with clear directions. I really enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge and grabbing coffee at the cute café just outside. The only issue was the occasional noise from the street, but it didn’t ruin my experience—totally worth it! ☕
